We do not offer a retail interface. This platform is a skeletal framework for heavy-duty asset analysis. Misuse of the diagnostic tools provided herein for unauthorized data harvesting or non-compliant activities results in immediate termination of the session and reporting to relevant compliance bodies.

Service Reliability
System maintenance windows occur between 00:00 and 02:00 SAST. We do not provide compensation for perceived operational delays during identified upgrade cycles.

The Not So Empty Nest | B2B Audit is a technical diagnostic entity. Our findings regarding digital assets are based on point-in-time observations of the ledger. We do not offer financial guidance, nor do we act as a fiduciary. The responsibility for corrective action following a diagnostic discrepancy report lies solely with the client. We are not liable for any secondary effects resulting from the implementation of audit recommendations.
02 // Jurisdictional Authority
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. The courts of Sandton shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Users accessing this platform from outside ZA are responsible for ensuring their interactions comply with local cross-border digital asset regulations.
03 // Intellectual Property
Our proprietary x-ray diagnostic interface and the specific algorithmic logic used to deconstruct ledger patterns are protected under international copyright law. Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to de-obfuscate our backend logic is a violation of these terms and will result in legal action.
